Fat Fueled Recipe: Pumpkin Fudge Fat Bombs

Fall is finally here and we are so excited to begin creating seasonal recipes in the kitchen for you! Pumpkin is a favorite of the FATSBAR team and so are FAT BOMBS so we thought our first autumn recipe would be a combination of the two!


Fat bombs are a tasty high fat, low carb treats usually used to increase fat intake on the Ketogenic diet. The benefits of these little beasts are that they help your body feel fuller longer and the high concentration of fat helps absorb essential vitamins and minerals into the body. 


Fat bombs can still be enjoyed whether you're following a Keto, primal or other healthy lifestyle. The key to reap all the delicious benefits of this snack is to reduce the intake of refined carbohydrates and sugar while increasing the intake of fat. 





Fat Fueled Recipe: Pumpkin Fudge Fat Bombs

 V, GF, DF, Sugar Free



  • 1/4 cup coconut butter (we used Artisana brand)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • sweetener of choice ( we used a few drops of stevia to make it sugar free)



  1. Warm the coconut butter up in the microwave so its soft.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until combined and uniform. Adjust to taste
  3. Spread fudge mixture into molds, an ice cube tray, or small baking dish and set in the freezer to firm up.
  4. Remove the fudge from the freezer and slice into small squares if using a baking dish. Keep fudge bites cool as they will melt quickly!
  5. Enjoy!
