Fat Fueled Recipe: Fudgesicles

Aw yeah, its that time of year again. The weather is warming up and everyone is looking for healthy ways to enjoy their favorite summertime treats!

I whipped up these Fat Fueled Fudgesicles with plenty of healthy fats and protein to satisfy your sweet tooth and your hunger in one fell swoop. The best part? These treats can be made entirely Keto friendly depending on the sweetener you use! 

Fat Fueled Fudgesicles

Paleo and Keto Friendly 

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

1 can full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup erythritol to remain Keto, use coconut sugar or maple syrup for Paleo

1/4 tsp stevia (again, if making Keto pops)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp collagen powder (optional)

 

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to preference.

2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 4 hours or overnight.

3. Enjoy on a hot day!
