Fat Fueled Recipe: Stuffed Avocado

Todays Fat-Fueled Recipe looks quite fancy, but it's actually incredibly simple to make! Try this satisfying, nutrient rich Stuffed Avocado today!

As you may know, avocados are an excellent source of monounsaturated fats (the good kind of fat). These superfood powerhouses have been proven to help lower cholesterol while quelling those stubborn hunger pangs with a whopping 20 grams of fat per avocado! We at FATSBAR rely on nutritious recipes like this one to stay energized and in fat-burning mode all day long!

We experimented with Treeline Treenut Cheese this time around and absolutely loved it! This recipe calls for the Herbed Garlic flavor which is vegan and dairy free. These products can be found in your local Whole Foods or right here.


Fat Fueled Recipe: Stuffed Avocado


1 ripe avocado

1 container Treeline Treenut Cheese in Herbed Garlic flavor

1/4 cup pistachios

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper



1. Pulse pistachios, pumpkin seeds, salt and pepper in a food processor until finely ground. Transfer to a bowl or a plate for later use.

2. Cut avocado in half width-wise and use a spoon to remove the pit.

3. Stuff/spread Treeline Cheese into pit cavity. 

4. Carefully peel the skin off the avocado halves or use a spoon to scoop out the flesh, keeping the halves in tact.

5. Press halves into crushed nut mixture and serve immediately.
